Available Studios

The three Collage Artspaces are all located within 10 minutes of Wood Green tube station in the heart of the Cultural Quarter. Our Artspaces currently house over 250 artists and creative businesses.  Collage artists are involved in a wide range of disciplines including fine art, music production, fashion and jewellery to film, graphic design, photography, new media and illustration companies. We are also home to social enterprises for example Pram Depot and Studio 306 Collective.

Studios vary in size, from 200 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft with many of them used as shared workspaces.

Studio rents start from £11.50 per sq ft per annum and include:

  • utility services
  • up to 23-hour access
  • business support.

 Shared Studio LH

This studio is sharing with a ceramics’, so would be perfect for a painter. It has great natural light, a sink, good views, and is nice and warm. The studio is situated on the 3rd floor of Collage Artspace 2. The goods lift and the shared washroom area for paint brushes etc… are located just around the corner. The available space in the studio is around 400 square feet in size for £500.00 PCM.


Self-Contained Studio 24 & 26 & 29b

These studios have great natural light, large windows, a shared small kitchen area, They are situated among our artists on the 3rd of Collage Artspace 3, making it perfect for painters, photography, videography, designer, or small creative businesses. The access hours are from 7 am to 9.45pm Monday to Friday, and, 10 am to 5.45pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. *Studio 24 is self-contained and is around 250 Square feet for £440.00 PCM. *Studio 26 is also self-contained and is around 290 Square feet for £495.00 PCM. *Studio 29b is around 140 Square feet for £250.00 PCM, sharing with an oil painter.
