SUMMARY:Kevin Mark Trail
DESCRIPTION:Doors open 7pm\, music from 8pm. \nAfter months on the road touring the UK\, Australia and New Zealand with The Streets\, Kevin Mark Trail returns to London for a special one-night performance on May 23rd. \nOriginally hailing from North West London and now based in Wales\, Kevin comes home to perform near the very streets where his journey began. This show marks a rare and intimate full-band performance — something he hasn’t done in London for some time — making it a powerful homecoming in every sense. \nExpect a rich\, genre-blending set spanning Kevin’s acclaimed back catalogue alongside new material from his forthcoming album Home. The new project is a deeply personal body of work\, weaving Soul\, Electronica and Acoustic textures into songs that reflect lived experience\, heritage\, movement\, and the world as he sees it. \nA singer-songwriter-producer of Caribbean descent\, Kevin has released music through EMI and Warner Records and collaborated with artists including Nitin Sawhney\, Estelle\, Rodney P\, MJ Cole\, and many more. A long-standing member of The Streets\, he has performed on some of the world’s most iconic stages — from Ronnie Scott’s and the Royal Festival Hall to Glastonbury and Wembley Stadium. \nBut this night is different. \nThis is about roots. Reflection. Return. \n“If I feel it\, I sing it.” \nKaramel – 4 Coburg Road\, London N22 6UJ. The Karamel vegan kitchen will be serving food until 9.30pm. Email karamel8775@gmail.com to book a table for groups of 3+. \nDoors open 7pm. Music starts at 8pm.
