DESCRIPTION:A comical retelling of the classic fairytale! \nBooster Cushion Theatre brings the classic story to life in a comical extravaganza which will excite and challenge any young audience. \nHansel and Gretal have been turned into oven gloves and so decide that the best course of action is to go on a journey around the world. They learn to say hello in lots of different languages\, discover a map of the world and follow lots of breadcrumbs to find out about the different foods of the world. \nHansel and Gretal end up lost in the forest\, but some very sporty forest animals want to teach them all about their favourite sports and how to keep fit leading to a full audience relay race. DESCRIPTION:Booster Cushion Theatre perform a comical tale weaving the story of the ‘Three Pigs; with the nursery rhyme ‘Old McDonald Had A Farm’. Featuring a 5m wide book with 2m pop-ups\, bright colourful pages\, and lots of silly animal props. \nThe Three Pigs are living on Old McDonald’s farm and getting fed up of singing “E-I-E-I-O” every day in their barn. So they decide to move out of the barn and on their way across the farm\, they meet loads of farm animals and see the fields that are growing. But when they start to build their new houses\, the (not scary) Wolf decides that he is going to blow down their houses and it’s up to the audience to help stop him! \nA colourful and fun interactive show ideal for all children 3+ and their families\, with lots of chances to get involved by participating on the stage pretending to be farm animals with the silly props and helping with the harvest! \nKaramel Kids is a bi-monthly fun packed performance event for early years children (suggested age range up to 6 years) and their families. \nThe £5 family ticket is for up to 4 people – eg: 2 adults + 2 children; or 1 adult + 3 children. \nFamily friendly\, all welcome. DESCRIPTION:Haringey Youth Festival10th Anniversary\n3pm on Saturday 29th October 2022 at Collage Arts \n  \nPlease come to the 10th anniversary of the Haringey Youth Festival at 3pm on Saturday 29th October. Young people from Collage Arts\, Haringey Shed and Jacksons Lane will be coming together for an exciting day of arts workshops and performance at Collage Arts’ McQueens Theatre\, celebrating 10 years of the festival.  \nImproving access to the arts has been at the heart of the festival from its inception. It has always been free to attend\, even when there has been no additional external funding available.    \nAttendees over the years have participated in a variety of workshops from different facilitators and organisations e.g. Frantic Assembly and Zoonation\, including body percussion\, fine art\, singing\, street dance\, circus skills and spoken word.   \nNatalia Cid\, Head of Creative Engagement at Jacksons Lane explains\, ‘Haringey Youth Festival is one of the highlights of the year for our young people; they are always looking forward to working and sharing experiences with the other groups and so proud to perform on stage. The festival is a great example of the amazing work arts organisations in Haringey are doing to showcase the positive work and creativity of our young people.’  \n  \nAmalia Cohen\, ex-participant of the festival and Collage Arts’ MC for the 2022 festival says\, ‘The Festival has always been such a good opportunity to try out something new in the different workshops\, see the various brilliant art spaces in Haringey as well as watch other young people perform what they love doing.’  \n  \nJim Shepley\, Executive Director of Haringey Shed says\, ‘Jim Shepley\, Executive Director of Haringey Shed says\, ‘It’s so important for our young people to connect with each other.
