Season’s Greetings from Collage Arts
We look forward to seeing you throughout 2019.
What a year 2018 has been….
We’ve held over 100 performances in 2018 from jazz, indie, ska, reggae, folk, open mic, kids, spoken word, literature and poetry.
We held four exhibitions, and six days of Open Studios/Arts Markets.
We sponsored the outstanding Spotlight on Asylum festival, supporting PramDepot who work with vulnerable new mothers with no recourse to public funding, mostly asylum seekers. They raised funds to support over 300 vulnerable new mothers and babies.

Thursdays at Karamel: new Jazz Blues Soul Nights featuring jazz, blues, groove, RnB and funk!
Fridays at Karamel: Poetry and Spoken Word evenings – Starts 18thJanuary with the ‘delightfully inventive’ John Hegley and ‘building shaking’ Asher Hoyles, hosted by ‘playfully comic’ Paul Lyalls.
Monthly: Collage Kids (formerly Karamel Kids) – pay what you can children’s theatre. Starts 26th Jan with Circle of Two ‘Chimney Sweeps’.
Collage Voices- creative programmes for 8-18 year olds. Starts 19th Jan.
Open Studios will return to the second weekend in November.

Collage Artspaces
Despite all the changes in Wood Green, Collage Arts still has nearly 80,000 square feet of space where magical things happen. As we started to spread out across the borough we said goodbye to Chocolate Factory brand and renamed our buildings Collage Artspaces.
Artspace 4 is the old post office in Wood Green which has safeguarded a space for Studio 306 Collective (recovery through the arts) and Create Your Future project (positive pathways for ethnic minority women). Supported by Haringey Council, Big Issue Invest, Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.
In 2019, we are moving out of Chocolate Factory 1 into Artspace 5. Support from Haringey Council, Millco and the Mayor Office means that 1,700 square feet of studio space will be located in Clarendon Yard.
