Collage Presents Live Jazz every Thursday at the fabulous vegan venue Karamel!
Highlights this season include monthly residency by Tristan Mailliot (drummer) bringing together Jim Watson (keys), Mark Ridout (guitar) and Flo Moore (bass) on 13th June and Tom Ridout Quintet (saxophonist – BBC Young Musician 2016 Jazz Award Finalist) on 11th July;
Showcasing on the last Thursday of every month are rising stars of Tomorrow’s Warriors bringing their fresh take on modern jazz.
Jeremy Lyons Quartet on 20th June, with Jeremy Lyons (tenor), Ben McDonnell (guitar), Amy Baldwin (bass), Daniel Harding (drums)
Still Waters on 18th July, with Pete Hurt (tenor), Henry Lowther (trumpet/flugelhorn), Liam Dunachie (piano), Dave Green (bass), Paul Clarvis (drums).
Join BBC young musician of the year finalist Noah Stoneman for the second Wednesday every month- it’s a jazz jam for all. Student tickets just £3, or £5 on the door. Wednesday 12th June and Wed 18th July!
Expect something new and progressive alongside jazz standards, blues and funk.
