On November 29th Kabaret at Karamel and Collage Arts are teaming up with Karousel Music to support independent musicians for a special one day event, ‘From Me To You’. The day is being organised by indie artist and Featured Artist Coalition board member Roxanne de Bastion, in association with Karousel Music, Success Express Music and Artists in The Plus.

#FM2U is a celebration of independent music making featuring panels chaired by musicians and experts from the new music industry from the UK and beyond. Discussions will centre around cutting edge issues pertinent to songwriters and recording artists; networking & collaborating opportunities; as well as live music to round off the evening. The show in the evening will feature short sets from several independent artists including Pat Dam Smyth, Jess Morgan, Chris Simmons, Rory Butler and more. See the #FM2U facebook for lineup announcement, or facebook.com/karouselmusic.

We’re delighted to have confirmed experts and innovators of the new music industry, including representatives from Sofar Sounds, Spotify, Music Kickup, Amazing Radio and BBC 6Music, as well as from important music industry institutions such as Jon Webster from the MMF (inventor of the Mercury Music Prize and ‘Now That’s What I Call Music’) and representatives from the FAC (Featured Artist Coalition).

Free registration is now full. Remaining tickets are £5 and available at eventbrite:
