We are currently running several projects for young people who are NEET* or at risk of becoming NEET across London

ARTWORK
Nurture Empower Enable Transform
A 6 MONTH PLACEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL MENTORING PROGRAMME

ArtWork is designed for 16-18 year olds (who are not working or studying OR thinking about leaving their current activity) and provides good quality advice, guidance, mentoring and support whilst placing the young person in a working/training environment.

The young person designs and implements creative projects in film, music, performing arts or events management and receives a specialist industry supported placement and professional mentoring environment. Throughout the project, the young person is mentored and supported and develops essential work-related technical, generic and soft skills.

A range of partners and industry specialists are on board including:

MAKING MUSIC WORK
Learning through Creativity
A CAPACITY BUILDING MUSIC PRODUCTION PROGRAMME

Making Music Work is a capacity building programme designed for NEET or at risk of becoming NEET young people (14 – 18) resident in London. The programme offers life skills support and an opportunity for personal development through creative activity and one to one employment and educational support and progression.

The programme will involve participants working in a music production environment for one day per week for 24 weeks where they will develop technical and interpersonal skills and complete a media project employing the skills they will have developed during the programme.

For participants who wish to work towards a qualification, accreditation can be achieved at levels 1 or 2.
