The two buildings, Chocolate Factory 1 and Chocolate Factory 2, houses over 160 creative businesses involved in a wide range of disciplines from fine art, music production, fashion and jewellery to film, graphic design, photography, new media and illustration companies.
Studios vary in size, from 200 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft with many of them used as shared workspaces. Studio rents are £13.50 sq ft per annum and include :
• utility services
• 23 hour access
• bookable access to our online centre
• business advice and support.
Tenants do not pay business rates.
There are also HOT DESK facilities that can be rented on a short or long term basis.
Chocolate Factory tenants have an opportunity to participate in the annual Open Studios which is one of the largest in London and receives over 3000 visitors over the weekend.
