Collage Arts hosts discussion on tackling discrimination in the creative industries

Collage Talks will be hosting an industry panel exploring ways to tackle discrimination in the media & creative industries.

The panel will be:

Almass Badat, creative director, strategist and DJ

Jackie Adedeji, Journalist, podcast personality, and presenter

Olivia Lifungula, photographer and filmmaker

Sarah Buller, curator of the Collage Talks, explains: “We wanted to bring together a diverse panel with broad experience of the creative sector.  We want to focus on how empowerment and community can bring help bring about systemic change. Collage Talks are very interactive. We will be crowd sourcing the questions we put to the panel. The panel is being delivered by three successful women of colour, but it is relevant to everyone working in the sector and attempting to help the creative industries to build back better after the bruising effect of the pandemic.”
